On August 29, 1958, a very gifted child was born in Gary, Indiana, USA. His name was Michael Joseph Jackson. The world grew to know and love him as “Michael Jackson”, “MJ”, and “The King of Pop”. It would be accurate to say that watching Michael perform as a young child was just as captivating as watching him perform throughout the rest of his years and that the multitudes consider him one of the greatest entertainers to ‘moonwalk’ planet earth. Michael literally traveled the world, sharing not only his gifts of voice, dance, and song, but also his gifts of grace and sincere kindness, generosity, love, and compassion for all human beings and for all animals too. For this, and so much more, we (the people) thank God (the Creator) for this very gifted child. Sadly, on June 25, 2009, Michael Jackson was taken from the world, but his many extraordinary gifts which he shared, as well as his immense impact worldwide, will forever deem him a “Legend”. We thank you, Michael Jackson, for sharing your soul. We are forever changed by your presence.

And now ….. The Legacy Lives On! Beginning on June 23, 2012, at Dante Hall Theater of the Arts (Atlantic City, New Jersey), Maxx Vega presents a concert version of his live tribute to Michael Jackson’s life and career. Inspired by Michael Jackson’s music and artistry, Maxx began dancing at age 5, and he has been performing as a solo Michael Jackson tribute artist throughout the tri-state and has quickly been embraced by MJ fans in New York and the world, entertaining clients and audiences of all ages, at private parties, outdoor festivals, and more. His tribute show, “The Legacy Lives On”, includes his portrayal of Michael Jackson during Michael’s “Dangerous” and “HIStory” tour eras. Maxx shares the stage with some of New York City’s finest Dancers and Singers, with authentic costumes, all sharing their love for Michael Jackson’s artistry & legacy through their performance of Michael’s intricate choreography to hit songs, including “Billie Jean”, “Jam”, “Human Nature”, “Beat It”, “Smooth Criminal”, “Black or White”, “Thriller”, “Man in the Mirror”, songs from ‘The Jackson 5’, and more! The show also includes live vocal performances and on-screen highlights of Michael Jackson’s life and career. Truly….. a Concert/Performance reflective of Michael’s love.
